Taking yourself to the next level (in any realm) takes commitment, a desire to learn, humility and help. Kari is always on the lookout for anything that can take it up a notch and in this episode we share our secret for getting a nitrous boost to the next stage.
It's December which means it's the final challenge in our year of 30 day challenges - aka the 12:30 Challenge. This month's challenge is all about THE JAR. What is the JAR you ask? It is how you will be accountable for the crummy habit you want to break.
Do you swear more than you'd like? Do you want to workout more? Do you forget to pack a lunch? Or want to bicker less with your spouse?
You make the call- decide what you want to make a change with and do it for 30 days!
Once you know what you want to change... then, put your money where your mouth is. How much will go into the jar when you "swear" or do the thing that you pick?
It is the season of giving so once you've contributed to your jar, commit to donating it to a charity or organization you want to support at this special time of year!
