We're thrilled to welcome Olympic Silver Medallist Brigette Lacquette to the show. Through the incredible support of her family, and years of hard work, Brigette made it from a tiny town in northern Canada all the way to the Olympics playing for the Women's National Hockey Team. We can all learn so much from Brigette's story, so make sure you share her inspirational words with everyone you know!

- Meditate daily
- Yoga (weekly)
- Gratitude Journal (3 things you are grateful for every day)
- Act of Kindness toward others or self (Daily)
Of these 4 options you can do some or all of them. Doing #2 only doesn't count (the weekly yoga) since that defeats the purpose of the 30 day challenge! We'll be doing all four parts of this challenge and Kari will be posting tips to the group.
